Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please ask about financing if you wish to make monthly payments. 

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims to your insurance company.   We will estimate what your portion should be and ask that you pay that portion at your appointment.  Please remember, however, that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Whatever your insurance company does not pay will be the patient's responsibility.
